With nearly three decades of footwear industry expertise to his name, American designer and founder of Kith Ronnie Fieg is a bona fide classic kicks aficionado - making him the perfect partner for a Clarks Originals collab.
The debut 8th St collection - named in honour of Fieg’s first forays into footwear via the David Z shoe store on Manhattan’s celebrated 8th street - landed in spring 2021. Fusing Clarks craftsmanship with Fieg’s design history and experience, the partnership introduced Lockhill and Sandford to the Originals line-up. Seasonal edits brought new additions, each continuing to pay homage to the dynamic 90s NYC shoe scene that inspired the very first profiles.
BREACON
With an athletic aesthetic inspired by Brecon National Park, this trailblazing sneaker unites signature crepe soles with nubuck uppers and stitch details. The result: a distinctly luxe, vintage-rich take on everyday kicks.
MAYCLIFFE
Sports styling meets craft detailing. Stacked on the same runner-inspired sole as Rossendale, Radlett and Breacon, Maycliffe features rolled moccasin stitching on the uppers and a quilted collar. Side panel perforations complete this premium profile.
ROSSENDALE
Fieg’s take on our world-famous Wallabee. A narrower profile compared to the original icon, Rossendale features a low-cut finish, with streamlined suede uppers set atop a natural pebble crepe sole. A modern reinvention that stays true to our heritage.
