Order online to collect from a Clarks Store of your choice

Time and Cost

• From any full-price Clarks Store (Not available at Outlet/Factory or Wholesale)

• Free on all orders

• After your order has arrived at your chosen Clarks Store, you have 14 days to collect.

Tracking your order

Unfortunately it's not currently possible to track orders that are sent for collection from a Clarks store. Instead, we will notify you by email or SMS when your order is ready to collect.

Please do not visit the store until you receive an email or SMS to tell you that your order is ready to collect.

You may find it useful in the meantime to check the status of your order using the steps below:

• Go to the Track Order page

• Enter your order number and postcode and select 'Track my order'

• On the Order Status page you'll see all of the information about your order and the status it's in

Collect from Store Communication

After placing your order, the confirmation screen and confirmation email will state your estimated collection date.

We’ll email you when your order is dispatched, and we’ll let you know when it’s in the store ready for you to collect.

Arriving at the Store

Please wait until you receive your email or text message saying your order is ready to collect before visiting the store.

Bring proof of your purchase, such as a confirmation email, or a ‘ready to collect’ email or text message.

Head for the till or a member of staff and let them know you have an order to collect.

Trying on an Order

We encourage you to try on your shoes before leaving the store, to make sure they are a good fit.

If they do not fit, our staff will help you to exchange or return your order.

Collecting Kids Shoes

We recommend booking a kids' fitting if you are collecting kids' shoes from a store.

Wait for us to let you know the shoes are ready to collect and then Book an appointment to have a fitting on a date and time of your choice.

Alternatively, contact the store directly to book a time that same day.
