Accepted payment types
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Klarna and American Express.
We also accept Apple Pay (Visa, MasterCard and American Express only) and Google Pay (Visa and MasterCard only).
Klarna is not available for orders with a Collect from store delivery type.

Our stores also accept Clarks Gift Cards and eGifts. Unfortunately these can't currently be used online.
Refused payments
If your credit or debit card has been refused, you can re-submit your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.
Third-Party payment vouchers
We accept a range of third-party gift vouchers across our UK stores. We do accept the LOVE2SHOP cards online and instore. Unfortunately, you cannot pay online with any other third-party voucher or Gift Card/eGift. If there is an item available online that you would like to purchase you can visit your local store and we will be happy to place your order instore so you can pay with your third-party voucher.
